Anzac Day in South Taranaki.

At 11.30am I recorded the highlights of the unveiling of the Anzac Wall at Rawhitiroa (in very windy conditions) and later in the afternoon I emceed the Anzac Day concert at the Hawera Memorial Theatre.

43 men from the rural hamlet of Rawhitiroa (inland of Eltham) served in WW1 & WW2 and the Vietnam War and sadly 11 were killed.
