Horse and Pony Event Sth Taranaki – 1950’s?

This is a video of a Horse and Pony Day which we believe to have taken place somewhere in South Taranaki – possibly in the 1950’s. It was filmed by Henry Harrison Baker – almost all of his film were shot in South Taranaki so that’s why we think it is in this area …maybe the Carlisle Pony Club were involved?
