Manaia’s Aunty Lola – Good as Gold 2020

Aunty Lola (or Lola Katene to those outside Manaia), is the jewel of the Taranaki community. She’s always there to support everyone who needs it! Despite her own health challenges, she just gets on and continues to lend a hand at every opportunity she gets. Everything is done out of the kindness of her heart and to Lola, everyone is whanau. That’s why we asked Hilary Barry to surprise her with this week’s ASB Good as Gold Award.
