Mark Bellringer Eltham  2020

South Taranaki District Council Councillor and respected photographer Mark Bellringer talking to Bryan Vickery about his passion for Eltham and some of the highlights of his career. Mark was recently on TVNZ’s Seven Sharp promoting Eltham and the opportunity for someone to buy the old Eltham Municipal building. Mark was also part of a demonstration with placards near the Eltham crossing raising awareness for the need for greater safety for both motorists and pedestrians.

Mark’s exhibition “The Tunnel” last year featured stunning photos of 15 tunnels throughout Taranaki, including the Toko tunnel (which is featured in the background).
