On the House New Plymouth 2024

On The House is a New Plymouth based food surplus rescue charity. Taranaki Regional Council gave “on the House” an environmental award – they say, we love the work On The House is doing and they are worthy winners of our Environmental Leadership in Climate Action award.

The trust’s stats are staggering:

🥘 200,000kg of food rescued from supermarkets

🌏 630,000kg of CO2 emissions stopped

💧133.5m litres of water saved
