Return of Treasure to Patea 2022

Tutange Waionui , a Taranaki ancestor, was one of the best warriors under the command of Riwha Titokawaru. His descendants gathered at the South Taranaki museum in Aotea Utanganui to receive his special Taonga (treasure) in 2022.
