Roger Tonkin – Broadcaster – Career Highlights

Taranaki radio broadcasting legend Roger Tonkin talking to Bryan Vickery about some of his career highlights, including a swag of radio awards, celebrated fundraisers–and practical jokes. Roger even got to broadcast his breakfast show from the summit of Mt Taranaki.

Roger has also been the track announcer at the Stratford International Speedway for more than 40 years.
