ELAINE GILL – When it comes to leadership and volunteering you can’t go past the incredibly inspiring Elaine Gill; a Women of Influence finalist in 2017 and an Officer of the NZ Order of Merit. Elaine shaped the popularity and culture of Taranaki as a Trustee of the Taranaki Arts Festival Trust for over 25 years – Delivering years of sensational events such as WOMAD and various garden/art festivals.
