Stratford Speedway 2001 Untitled

Can anyone identify this race and what happened? The footage turned up in some old VHS tapes which were bought with the recorders.

According to a hand-written piece of card in with this VHS-C tape, it is from 2001, and variously describes it as the first day and the final; trophies are awarded at the end.  Also included in one part is a segment of bomb threat footage from New Plymouth.
