Taranaki, New Zealand – a lifestyle like no other 2009

Taranaki went through a transformation between 2000 and 2005. A number of projects, such as the Coastal Walkway, filming of the Last Samurai, and the opening of Puke Ariki helped to make the region more attractive as tourism and lifestyle destination. This short promotional film, made by Venture Taranaki with aerial footage from Tony Monk, celebrates this transformation and integrates and introduces the Taranaki regional brand, which was developed in 2005.
